Produced around Mount Vesuvius, one of the best tomato growing regions due to its sun drenched volcanic soil, these tomatoes are  prized worldwide for their unique flavour. Rega San Marzano are known for their strong and sweet taste, firm pulp, uniform red colour and low seed                                      count .                                          
                                                             
MOLINO DALLAGIOVANNA FLOUR, Emilia Romagna
Pizzas made with Dallagiovanna flours are fragrant, tasty, crisp, and perfect for modern processes and technologies. Dallagiovanna production puts quality before quantity, and adapts techniques that yield natural, unstressed blends.

 

FIOR DI LATTE, Campania
The producer Latteria Sorrentina has a long history spanning over 130 years in the dairy sector. This particular cheese is distinguished by its unique flavour and is ideal for making excellent pizzas.

 

BURRATA , Puglia
A rich, porcelain-white, unripened cheese made by combining mozzarella and cream. Burrata is a traditional diary product from the Puglia region, in particular from the area of Bari.

 

GRAND BISCOTTO HAM,  Lombardia
Well known as the hero product in the assortment of the Rovagnati charcuterie market, this ham dominates by far in their most important category of prosciutto cotto. Made exclusively from the best legs of pork and hand selected one by one by Rovagnati’s expert staff.

We Use Heat Sealed Containers
We have invested in the latest heat sealed packaging. We can assure you that your food is freshly cooked in our kitchen once the order has been received by our chef. The seal between the tray and film remains completely leakproof, preventing spillage of the dishes that are made to order individually.
